2. Fractional CTO and technical leadership
Monthly retainer. Senior technical direction for teams that need it without a full-time hire: architecture, AI strategy, delivery governance, and an engineering operating rhythm, hands-on enough to inspect the code and unblock the team.
3. Production turnaround and incident command
Scoped and quoted per engagement. For live incidents, stalled launches, failed rollouts, and modernization or security waves where business impact is already visible.

- Incident-command rhythm across engineering, product, operations, vendors, and executives.

4. Hands-on build and architecture
Project based. JE designs and builds the hard parts with your team: backend and platform architecture, native mobile and server-driven UI, and data and AI pipelines taken to governed, observable production. When the scope calls for more hands, EveryTech brings in vetted senior specialists for that engagement.
